During the summer of 2003 the Riverdale Art Association had its first outdoor art show. I was there with my paints and started an on the spot painting of the fairway. I completed the work back in my studio. Thought most of my painting of Riverdale were done some time back, I felt this work belonged to the series. Gerald King
