Copy- 1st Day
3/11/05

First Day (5 hours)
The first five hours were spent sketching out the
major forms with thinned down oil paint. Corrections
were made by wiping away incorrect lines with
turpentine. The oil color was Burnt Sienna with
    occasional Raw Umber.
I do not consider this part of the actual painting process.
It is a preliminary step which will be painted over later.
